i posted my car in the classifieds and got the cashiers check scam that is posted as a warning above the classifieds ad webpage. they said they would send me a check for $8000 and i should send the difference.
my question is if anyone knows somewhere locally i can report this or is it a lost cause and i should just ignore the guy.
