It's mind-boggling to me that anyone could say Christianity is being "forbidden" in any sense today in the US. It's literally everywhere you look - TV (dedicated channels), movies (seen what Kirk Cameron's been up to lately?), books (fiction and non-fiction, too many to list), Government (not only is the Prez an evangelical, but in order to get anywhere in the Republican party you have to pretend to be devout), hell, you can't even watch a NASCAR race without hearing the term "good Christian" every 5 minutes.

My point is Christianity is and has been so ingrained into American culture that I don't see how efforts to educate the public about other religions can be seen as a threat. Now, I freely admit that for a while during the Clinton administration the wackos on the left were getting pretty vocal, probably got more attention than they deserved... but that's pretty far behind us at this point.

I the end I have to say anyone who is non-Christian is probably laughing at the claims of those who say Christianity is being persecuted in the States today.
