Where does it say that in the Bible? How you act or interact with God does not get you into Heaven or send you to Hell. It's believing that God sent His only Son, Jesus to die on the cross to take our sins so we can live forever in Heaven with Him. Believing that or not believing that is what determines where you go after death.

That's right! I'm an atheist, but on my deathbed I'm going to be "born-again." That way I've got at least one base covered.

Impossible? There may be some with so low of a sex drive that you don't even need to worry about it as a factor, but the for the vast majority of humanity, it a factor that can never be dismissed so easily.
Of course, a good deal of pedophilia is about CONTROL as well as sex, but that is a whole 'nother topic.
