Even though it's on Focaljet, it's still incredibly cool. Check it out...

I'm still wondering how he is intercooling it. There has to be some kind of thin air-water intercooler between the blower and the intake manfold.

Later,
Ben

Actually not FMIC, I am friends with the guy and helped a tiny bit heh. He welded the inlet on the JRSC Manifold shut, mounted the m90 upside down, has pipe coming from top to a subaru air to water IC back into a pipe he welded into intake manifold into motor. The IC also has a water pump and a Cobra Heat exhanger mounted on the front.

Also using a Hybrid Focus/Mustang Stage 5 Clutch which is a pita to drive. He had a smaller pulley on the SC and an oversize crank pulley. But in that condition it wasnt driveable to the dyno.

Should do very well when all is said and done.

how hard would it be to put a M62 onto a M45 kit?

BTW i have done a FMIC on a mondeo turbo-diesel (non-aircon so theres plenty of room) - for now i have put on a small-ish intercooler low down at the front. but i have just bought a saab 9000 big intercooler and tried it in there and it fits a treat and is very easy to mount. hopefully this weekend i will get it in place and connected up.

It all depends on the size of the blower's output window and the length of the nose drive assembly. Eaton is helpful and lists pretty detailed specs for all of their blowers. Just do a Yahoo search and I'm sure you can get the info you need.

BTW, the M62 blowers are really cheap on Ebay. People with mini coopers and pontiac grand am's like to use them.

So he's running it backwards. Hmm, very weird.

Isn't the way he's running it going to result in less PSI reaching the intake?
