YEah, I know that. I wanted to see what the "professional says". On numerous occasions, I've heard of shops adding to tint to darken it.... big no no in my book.
EX.
My friend went from 30% to 5%.. said he wanted it removed and darker added. He got his car back that evening and after looking at it.. they applyed another layer of tint on top of the old. We went back there and they said that some shops do this.... others don't.
