is there any difference in size of the TB's? im looking for one to smooth out till i can get a FC 65mm TB for my zx2

Technically yes,
stock versus stock,
95-97 TB's flow a little less air than 98+ TB's.
(Its like 0.5 cfm at WOT)

You do not need a 65mm TB unless doing major mods or going FI.

Otherwise optimizing either TB will be enough.
When optimized they will flow the same.

Do some research on what mods it takes to produce that kind of power.
Then layout a reasonable roadmap of how to get there.
Just realize it will take alot of time/effort/money.

i know what it takes, im just not sure on the TB requirements but a few people tell me a worked stocker will flow fine for a 200whp zetec
