I had my SVT taken over to where I have all my drivetrain ready to install, so I gave it a quick wash. Here are some under construction pics. Enjoy them for what they're worth. Keep in mind my hood is unpainted, the headlights are still under construction and mocked up just to see what they'll look like, the front bumper is still undergoing some final mods before I paint it.... though the mirko is molded in already. Oh, and the engine and trans are not installed yet.

I wasn't going to paint the hood at first, just clear coat it. But I think my car would look better solid black.

I do love the hood

You probably won't like me...

I've never been a big fan of that hood. It may look better painted???

The headlights look horrible with the eyebrow on them. Especially considering the very nice HID's behind them.

I flat out hate the grille! It's too see through. It's like it's not even there from most angles and thus showing all the ugly crap behind it.

The front bumper looks absolutely great. I really like the molded in Mirko.

You are going to run glass fog lights right? (i.e. not stock)

Yeah... I don't think unpainted carbon fiber looks good. If I got one, it would get painted so only way you'd know I have one is by opening it.

I'm not thin skinned

1. To each their own. Once it's body color, I'll love it.

2. They've been sitting like this for almost 2 years, at the time no one really had eyebrows. Most likely they'll be gone along with the existing turn signals, so they're still a work in progress.

3. I see what you mean about the grill. You'd probably be glad to know that the f&r lower grills of the same mesh were run over when I moved the car today. I'll have to find something between the existing tiny mesh and the huge 'stazi mesh'

4. Thanks. I have a small amount of molding left on the mirko before I'll spray it.

5. The OEM foggies didn't even get removed before I sprayed primer if that tells you what I think of them They will get upgraded before I am done for sure.
