To me the key words are 91 OCTANE. This guy has also done 250whp for over 2yrs on the same engine, also on pump gas. The engine and head are stock, just a new intake cam and tuned cam gears.
Before this, the other major Focus tuner said you couldn't do 300whp on 93 octane, never mind 91. There have been several Zetecs doing 300whp on race gas, 100+ octane, but this is the first to do it on street gas.
The biggest problem though is the turbo he's using, lists on the HKS site for around $3K, plus wastegate. Also he's got a huge intercooler. He also said it's only doable with a stand alone engine managment. Still, it's impressive...most impressive.
