I am sorry, but I take great offense to that. The Contour took the place of the Tempo in the Ford lineup and that is a fact to BE PROUD of, not hide your face in shame. If you feel that a Tempo is not worthy then you truely don't understand the VALUE of a Ford. I invite you to go over to Tempotopaz.com and see an equal amount of people as we have on here (contour.org) who feel the same about their Tempos as you do about your Contour. Being ashamed of the Tempo when you own a Contour is like being ashamed of your Grandfather. Is that what you really want?
