Have a look at the Hella Micro DE Auxiliary Fog Lamp or Hella DE Auxiliary Fog Lamp. See Susquehanna Motorsports at

http://catalog.com/susq/hella/de.htm .They should fit based on the specifications and dimension of holes in the facia. I think either would be better than OE but the DE looks like the best bet. Good luck
