I am really interested in getting a coil over kit for my contour, but was wondering if I "must" change the struts also or if I can manage to keep the stock ones, if i do change the stuts does it matter what kind I get ? or will just any brand pretty much sufice ?
Thanks

Yes, I am here. I DO have the ground control 3" adjustible coilovers with my stock struts. If you are only going to drop the car an inch or 1.5 inches then stock struts should be ok, but if you are going to do like a 2 or 2.5inch drop, I would highly reccomend getting the koni adjustibles. I personally have the 2.5" drop which looks good, but rides like chit. I definitely need the konis

There's also a full coilover kit (adjustable damper/adjustable ride height) available from LEDA suspension... I just bought Eric G's kit, should have it installed in a couple of weeks... Check out the LEDA link in the Links and Reviews section.
