I have FoMoCos X-Plan and Mazda's S-Plan (among others, I can actually get almost every auto manufacturer pricing except Honda and Toyota products), but I don't belive they're currently running any special thing that would allow me to give you a PIN number. A couple times a year they allow people to freely give out PIN numbers to anyone, and MNAO employees can freely give them out whenever they want, but I don't work for Mazda unfortunately.
At the very least I can email you the S-Plan PDFs that list the pricing (very close to what you'd see for invoice on Edmunds.com). Few dealers will go through the trouble of verifying everything. If you've got the sheets, that's usually all that matters. If nothing else, the printouts straight from MNAO on pricing is a strong negotiating tool. I bought my Mazda3 on S-Plan without providing my PIN, I just had my sheets, even when Mazda3s were going for sticker-only.
