But seriously, you might get into a 1 BR loft in Abacoa for under $200K. A good deal considering they'll be selling for near $400k in a couple of years - that is the pre-construction "affordable housing" option in Jupiter.

There are also some Appartment-Condo Conversions in Palm Beach Gardens selling for about $175k, but I don't know if there are any left...

Either would be a good investment.
