New control arm setup equipped w/ Delrin bushings. Just need to drill and tap grease fittings. Then will put front suspension back together.

Or let us into the secret of where you got the bushings/sleves and perhaps even measurements on the new pins/spacers?

THAT is how Ford should have built them in the FIRST place! I don't know how that would have cost much, if any, more than the stupid design they came up with. Seems a lot simpler than the dumb oil-filled rubber molding and the other junk they put in them.

Sooooo, when can we buy those? I've got my old ones here I could send out for rebuild...

Except Ford would have still used rubber bushings. Delrin is too stiff for a 'family' car.

But if they had done it this way, there would be bushings we could buy to easily drop in to replace the rubber.

Thanks

The ones shown in the pics are just prototypes. We're not to sure about mass producing these as of yet. When the car is finished and the new pin system is proven to work we'll finalize drawings and work up a cost to manufacture.
