If you go to the mall and buy a nice shirt or pair of pants for $70, there are people who might call you a "FUGGIN MORON" because they would never spend so much on clothes.
Does that mean you are? No, you have the money to spend, you want the shirt, you pay for it. It's all relative to your perception of value and income level.
And to people at that income level (millions of dollars), another 50-100K over sticker is not really a concern. They want the car now, they pay for it.
