Chatting with a Ford salesman the other day. He told me that they had sold one of the two GTs they had recieved for...get this...$300,000. The list was $130,000. They were taking offers. Jeez!

They regularly sell for quite a bit more than that actually. The classifieds in AutoWeek lists them from $350,000+

When you realize that they run with the likes of Porsche Carrera GT, Ferrari Enzo, M-B McLaren SLR, the price is justified...

It barely surpasses the performance of a Viper SRT10 in tests.
Nowhere close to the Carerra GT or Enzo!

i dunno what the hell your talking about, it like .3 seconds slower then the enzo in the quater, or maybe it o0-60 but still the ford gt is a hell of a better deal then the ezno and mclaren. and its AMERICAN

looked at one a while ago, the dealer said the guy bought it sight unseen and paid $240,000 for it. about 2 weeks after he bought it he flew out here (Mass) and drove it back to Colorado. and this was back november.

You can get them for about 160K right now if you have the money. But it has to be cash.
