Alright, well thanks for the replies and the from all the people I PM'D thank you.
From what I have gathered it needs to be later in may and on the weekend. So like I said in the post above just start throwing out dates.
hsoverma (Hal) says "We can meet in the church building parking lot off of Airport Blvd"
So there is a parking lot for us to terrorize for awhile.
