Whelp I got a chance to check out & test drive an '00 CSVT today. T-red/tan with 62k on the clock and was in generally very good shape (nothing notable to complain about). I've been pricing these a little bit lately, but not enough to get a great idea for what I should be looking at. They have it advertised at $9,900 and after talking for a few min with the sales guy would go $9,500. I do know that both are well above what I recall seeing for a comparable car, but just wondered what you guys thought about it. Just as a side note I've really been looking at WJ Grand Cherokees ('99-'04) and found one I really dig too for not much more than the CSVT if at all and the GC's are much more vehicle (V8, 4wd, bigger in general, et cetera). So, what do ya'll think would be a fair price to maybe offer for the CSVT based on the current market for them??

How are you paying? Cash? If you are paying cash i would walk in there with $8000 and say take it or leave it. Cash makes a quick buck....people like quick money...

I got my 2000 t-red/tan with the upgraded tranny syncro's and 65k for @ 6500 like 4 months ago.

I got my 2000 Tropic green CSVT with a little under 60k miles on her for $6,000, it was in perfect shape.

Color combo is pretty rare and if its in great shape then $9K is a fair price.
