I installed my Cerwin Vega 6x9's in the back only to find out there blown and the factory's sound better. Whats a good 5x7 or 6x9 for the back. I'm not going to run an amp to these just want something better than the stocks that are in there now. Will be running components in the front, eventually.

I have pioneers all around. Shouldda just did components up front. General consesus around here is the back doesn't matter. I don't know if my back seat passengers would agree with that. It doesn't really matter because I can't hear them anyways over the subs.

I have a mutt system! lol! Pioneer's up front, stock in the rear doors, JBL's in the rear deck, 2 1100 watt Sony Explode subs in a MTX box with MTX horns. If I am feeling up to it, just to replace the rear doors, I might throw in a set of explodes that I have laying around in. I know, I know....sony doesn't make the greatest speakers in the world but they would be better than stock. And those subs get L to the O to the U to the D.

Not a big system at all....Alpine CDM-7874 head, Polk DB570's front and rear. No sub or anything. Polk Audio rocks!

when I had those sucky xplodes in my talon I literally made the the air move enough to were it would move the hair on people.....and they didn't distort when they got that loud. Their regular speakers on the other hand, I will say that they aren't that good, but they are better than stock.
