So I think cities like Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, and Atlanta could benefit from these fuels, they choose not to!

Are you serious? That's stupid.

Yeah, and the public of those cities probably are happy they choose not to. I know urban areas obviously have more pollution than rural areas, but I don't think Atlanta is bad enough that people want to pay more for gas.

Kremit, do you live in an area with clean air? Albany, GA, sounds like one of those places with pine trees, lakes and clean air.

Let me tell you what it's like to live in the murky crap we had here in the 1970's:

1) stinging, watering eyes most of the summer

2)restrictions on going outdoors and exercising during school recess

3) burning sensation in the lungs if you ran around outside on a smoggy day

4) overall queasy feeling on days with high ozone

5) high rates of asthma in children and old people.

6) old people dying at mysteriously high rates on bad smog days

I could go on. Those people you mentioned would be well advised to spend a few cents per gallon for a cleaner blend of gas. That probably goes for Atlanta too.

Why pay when you can just leave Cesspoolafornia and move somewhere much cleaner and less expensive?
