Yeap, Albany (the air anyways) is clean.

I know California had some bad problems.

But I've been to Atlanta plenty of times, and I know it obviously has more pollution than where I live, but the air quality seems fine, meaning not bad enough to warrant raising prices of gas. The air would not stop me from living in Atlanta.
