Years ago, when I played travel soccer, I used to go to the Warrior Soccer Classic that is held in Dayton during Memorial weekend. Fun tournament for the most part because it's right on the Air Force base.

Hehehe, have fun qualifying on that UMP. I hear it's a "blast" to shoot.

Personally, as i have fired literally 100's of different types of firearms, I have to say that I really like Smith and Wesson (or, could it be that I live 2 miles away from the main plant..hmm..). The Performance Center actually makes a single-action (i.e. Colt 1911 .45 ACP) .45 that is just a well-made and accurate firearm. Nothing like a finely tuned pistol with a nice crisp trigger pull But hey, they're not cheap, so you get what you pay for. At least they don't stick you with those DAO's that many "line" officers carry....they suck!! I fired my brother-in-laws "issue" .40 S&W, and the trigger pull could only be described as "heavy". Well, I hope some of your luck rubs off....I should be hearing from Ft. Lauderdale PD by Monday; I asked to be considered for their Tac Ops unit as well
