I did a review of these a few years back (it's in the archives). They are some nice sounding drop-ins.
They don't have a 2-way passive crossover. There's just a cap on the tweeter. They'd sound even better with an outboard passive crossover, as they get a little muddy in the upper mid-range (where woofer & tweet are playing the same frequency before the woofer's roll-off point).
