ahhh... my brothers '05 f-150 has spent 35 days in it's first six months in the shop, and has a new engine now. so, i guess f-150's are crap too! 
in all reality, most cars in the last 10 yrs are generally decent cars. my fiancee had a '97 cavalier than was stone, and i mean stone, reliable. there will always be people who have problems with their cars, it's the nature of them. and the more there are (i.e. cavaliers and f-150's) there will be more people who have problems.
