Hmm I am very interested. Where is this place? Ottawa? I need to do something with the gas prices near 1.00 and I am only getting 375km a tank. Mostly city.

I'm going to the one at Dundas and Annette in downtown Toronto. You need to make an appointment for the service as it takes 1 hour. The shop closes at 8pm and I'm the last appointment on Thursday.

FYI to the Ottawa-area members, Campbell Ford has the Motorvac Carbon Clean for $145.95. A little steep, but at least we know where we can get it for sure.

Hey guys, a little off the topic, but I finally found a place to clean my injectors (I have them out of the car since I'm cleaning my intake manifolds).. I called tons of car places, and none of them had a clue..
The secret is to call the big diesel guys, and most of them seem to have the equipment to do it.
Just thought I'd give you a heads up in case you ever want to go this route intead.

Well everything went well, the only problem is I won't be able to give a proper report for a week.
I've only driven 20km's since the cleaning and I can't fully test out the car, as I found out today my Master Cylinder is dying.
I can say that after the cleaning the engine idles a lot smoother and there's almost no movement. On 87 octane the car seemed to be a bit better and the exhaust tone had deepend. I filled up today with 91 octane, turned the chip on and the car felt a lot better. Stronger and more powerful then before.
I will report back after I've run through this tank and as soon as I feel comfortable braking again, to state if my mileage went up and how the car runs .

Okay so it's been almost 7 days since I had done this. Current Odo reading is 199km and the gas gauge shows just under 3/4 of a tank. I figure I drove 65% HWY and 35% City at this stage for the tank. I'm usually the other way around. Did it work, I think so..........
