There is plenty of room for the intake pipe to run back up the stock exhaust channel around the tank, then 5' under the cabin, and into the engine bay.
Using the stock exhaust routing it would go back under the fuel cell and cross over at the cabin. There is already a mount there to hang it from even.
A small turbo only has a 1.5" to maybe 1.65" outlet. Single 2.25" to maybe 2.5" pipe is more then sufficient for 2 small turbos or 1 large one.
Even 2.5" pipe would not be seen past the sideskirts. Also it would have more ground clearance then them as well.
