this explains a whole lot for my brain

I've noticed since I stopped drinking soda so much, my energy levels have improved quite a bit.
I used to get sleepy in the afternoons at school all the time, and even at my job soon after college.
I cut out the 2-3 sodas a day, got a more regular sleep and eating schedule, and ate healthier foods, and drink water frequently throughout the day.
big key for me was going to bed and waking up at the same times every day/night.
