haha. I have been actively trying to increase my troubleshooting time by 10 times...
I haven't been able to support CEG much in the past, and I felt it was my duty to be able to do so.
so.. yeah, I have been actually making sure that I log AT LEAST x hours in troubleshooting or researching, etc (hence the recent surge in how-tos)
