Ahhh.. so it's just all one part. I was like, "How would I get that metal loop over that nub?" Now I see that I would need to buy that whole part, support the engine, screw off the 2 bolts, remove it, put in new part, tighten down bolts and I'm finished.

Am I missing any steps here?

Hey, does someone have the Ford CD they could send me?
Or at least the pages on the motor mounts.
