Sorry I didn't catch your request via PM sooner... I hardly check emails, so I got the PM and came on in. I wish I could tell you with any certainty which person was correct, the fact is, however, that I changed the oilpan with the same version, and not a revised version (I was a CEG-less tour owner at the time!!! I didn't have internet access and was new enough that I wasn't aware of a revised pan being available, or needed.)
Either way, I would look to someone who HAS used a revised pan.. I believe Demon and Warmonger have both used them, and I would trust anything they say as truth...
Warmonger (Tom) hangs out in the 3.0 forum mostly, and Demon floats through the duratec and troubleshooting forums rather frequently..
