update on the alternator, got the alternator out today, was surprisingly easy, went and got it tested and it was only putting out about 12 volts if that.

decided to go with a 200 amp alternator because i can get it new for the just a little more then the regular 130 amp alternator, also it has a lifetime warranty just like the 130 amp

im getting the alternator shipped for around 220. if anybody else wants to get one, you can get them from here, the website lists them as 219.99, its all the way at the bottom, it is the 3g 200 amp.
