Race cars kick the arse of any street car, hell the e46 m3 was boring compared to my rx-7 and the Improved touring porsches I have driven. Imagine 30 cars with roughly the same power and handling fighing for position on a 3 lane track at full tilt. Plus for the same entry fees as a track day you get more track time, and don't have to wait for slow cars to wave you by.
Plus if you happen to have an off track excursion you arent killing your dd or jeapordizing 30,0000.
