Ok so ford dealer wants to charge me $2500 for 3 new cats (98 SVT). I did some research and I am under the understanding that I can replace the exhaust manifold and pre cats with msds headers, and the main cat with a magnaflow high flow cat/y pipe combo for MUCH cheaper than replacing stock cats.
Question is will this be all I need (headers and magnaflow y pipe/cat combo) and about how much will a mechanic want to install?
