Yupp, print off the forms from above, fill them out, go to any local camera shop or Walgreens and get 2 photos done, go to post office with pictures and paperwork and $85 and your on your way! You will also have to send you birth certificate off with the application, but they will mail it back to you. Of course, this is all assuming you were born in the US or are an american citizen
