assume 6 weeks, or you can pay an extra fee to expedite one in 2 weeks. fwiw, I didn't expedite mine, and it came in 2 weeks anyway. Go to your post office, either they will do it there, or they will tell you to go to a larger regional post office. They will also usually take the picture for an extra fee, or you can save a couple bucks and go to any camera shop, or other place that advertises that they take passport photos.
