I took the headrests apart and took the leather part in to a local embroidery shop and had them do the SVT logo. To have them do 5, (1) extra for a trial piece was 40.00 not to bad.

The weight between the two is pretty close. The bottom part of the bench is very light (foam & leather) but as for the bench back that is where the weight is at. I would have to say that the weight is pretty close after you remove the seat rails from the buckets, especialy from the drivers side with all of the electric motors.
