Some negative camber is normal, and at 150k miles, your car may be sitting a bit low, as well, on the stock springs. (They won't lose rate, but they may sag a bit over time.) As the car lowers, negative camber would be more pronounced.
I'm not sure about the creaking. Could be a number of things... Worn struts? Bad strut bearing? CV joints?Somebody else should chime in...
