I've heard about Pharmacists' right a few times on the radio out here in AZ. I think there's actually a law on the books here that protects them in the event they feel a moral objection to filling certain prescriptions.

Right. That's why we complain about 'gun control'.

They are. In Washington DC, it is illegal to own a firearm within the city limits. Same as chicago.

Imagine that. Two of the highest murder rates in the country where guns are completely banned.

And why is that? Because the only people with the guns are already criminals. What do they care if they are breaking the law by having a gun.

The freedom to practice your choice of religion. Banning religion would not go well with that principle. Were you just being a jackass by asking that?

I just wanted to make sure I knew exactly what he was talking about?

Guns are banned in some places. That's doesn't fit with #2. Just sayin.

^^^ Not a solution to the problem.

Here's one - If a pharmacist has "moral objections" to dispensing certain drugs, then how about not working as a pharmacist? If one has a "moral objection" to ciagrettes, or pornography, then maybe they shouldnt work in a party store or gas station. If they have a "moral objection" to shooting someone, then shouldnt work as a Police Officer.

The old saying, "your right to swing your fist, ends where my nose begins", comes to mind.

The pharmacists right to choose is no longer appropriate when it is being forced on someone else.

So...What your saying is it's ok to make laws which contradict The Bill of Rights because people are stupid?

No, they are stating that banning guns does nothing to prevent crime.
