Full stiff(I call this, race mode). And adjusting the rears is kind of a pain in the arse. You can't see the top of the Koni so you have to have a bit of touch to get the adjuster on the strut. Then turning it is a pain because you can only use your fingers and can't get any real leverage. I keep mine 100% stiff at all times(and that goes for my struts too
).
