the rear is just as easy to adjust as the front, just move the carpet so you can see the top of the strut, put on the knob and turn.
for just driving around town i leave it at full soft, but full stiff is where all the fun is. in the middle is the best of both worlds

yes you notice the diference, on full soft its a smooth stock-like ride, while on full stiff it's bouncy(on pregessive rate springs, coil over may be diferent i don't know) but not too bad.
