I understand, what I am upset about is that he told me he would contact me an all, never did, I still dont have the dammn tracking number that he has promised me he would e-mail it/call me about it. I mean this is pretty crappy customer satisfaction. There was obviously a reason I went with SP and not BAT or CTA directly. I dont really think he gets that idea

I'm not in anyway furious, just a little upset that even when I buy stuff from ebay, those guys have a better customer service then SP to be honest.
