Must be just the wendys you go to. Mine are always fine. Better than what mcdonald's fries have become and better than BK's sprayed on crispy fries.

99cent junior bacon cheeseburger which is same size/bigger than many places regular burgers. 99 cent fries that are the size of most places medium fries. Buncha other good stuff on the 99 cent menu.

When the "new" fries were first introduced years ago, it was some sorta spray or something to that affect (done at the fry factory) that made them crispy.
