I just got my bulbs in that I ordered from J.C Whitney(I know).Someone here(The OF?) posted awhile back about them too.
Anyhow they look great!
I currently have the PIAAs,but these Xenon bulds put those to shame! They have a nice bluish tint to them, but not really to blue,to be honest they look alot I meen ALOT like the HID bulbs,I have friends who work at a Mercedes dealer and we put my car side by side to a Mercedes E-Class with the $1000 optional HID lighting system, and they are so identical its unreal,I know you get what you pay for and the real HID cant be beat,BUT........get this the bulbs I bought are only $10 apiece! I just now ordered a set for my Low beams!Total cost for four bulbs..just over $40!
Anyone want to buy a set of slightly used PIAAs?LOL! $40!
Buy the way they are not listed on there web site www.jcwhitney.com but here are the part #'s for the bulbs:
9005-100Watt 07EL6078T (Ive got these).
9005-65Watt 07EL6077N
9006-80Watt 07EL6080R (ordered these).
9006-55Watt 07EL6079A
On the web site when you place your order they will want a catalog #(yellow box),this is it 640R-07.They will also ask for a program code(blue box),this is it NGFX9.
And here is a discount code for 10% off BRGN640.
Hope you order them!

Im not sure, ive never heard them called that?Side cutters are the same as wire cutters, maybe a little more heafty,so maybe "line cutters" are just some very heafty wire cutters, used to cut some wire line?.

these are wire cutters.
