That is interesting I am insured through ING for both my car and house and I only pay $1,400 a year for both. And I am rated higher because of all the driving I do.

That's probably because you don't live in downtown Toronto!
Insurance I found out, is more if you live within X km's of the core. Go figure.........
Some companies as worse than others with the way they charge.
