That manifold looks to be the same manifold off an escape and if thats the case good luck getting it to work...
There are many clearence issues with it including the coilpack which wont fit under it unless you grind down posts on the rear valve cover... There is also the issue of IAC relocation and depending on which throttle cable bracket using clearence issues with that too...

Just get a plastic upper intake off a taurus if your looking for an oval port setup and you won't have clearence issues and you don't even need to relocate the IAC...
