That looks like coil-pack to me, not coil on plug. This is what the 3.0 coil-on-plug looks like:

(Minus the MSD wires )

The bracing bar is pointless, it's braced completely into the firewall. Most likely more NVH cancellation from Ford, they did it to the late 90s SN-95 Mustang with the tri-point brace. The roll resistor is also overkill, but considering it's rubber, it's more NVH crap.

Hybrids still rule the day I know war. Though still looking for alternatives of those too lazy to mess with the split port manifolds Though different transmissions, different drivetrains, different platforms will throw dynos further off than the atypical figures people complain about when comparing dynos (temp, gear, etc).

I think I've discussed the Jag cams in-depth with Demon and others and I believe they have even less lift, don't quote me on that, but we came to the conclusion they are no good for the 'Tour or 6.

Its coil on plug bud. Look at the individual coils themselves, not the wires, and you can see the round shaped top (its wide too) that looks almost identical to the 6. They just use individual wires (that comes from a source out of view) to each coil whereas our 6s uses one wrapped wire loom that goes over the head but constains each wire and looks extremely fugly. (They probably didn't care because they assume the plastic engine cover would be on all the time. But mine isn't and I'm thinking about ways to make it look better myself.)

(Also I found this:

(Edit: Actually you can see the wire loom wedged in next to the plenum. But its a better looking setup than ours with the myriad of other crap and clips that is there.)

Also the vvt 3.0l to my understanding is only offered with the AWD versions of the Ford 500 and counter part.

That manifold looks to be the same manifold off an escape and if thats the case good luck getting it to work...
There are many clearence issues with it including the coilpack which wont fit under it unless you grind down posts on the rear valve cover... There is also the issue of IAC relocation and depending on which throttle cable bracket using clearence issues with that too...

Just get a plastic upper intake off a taurus if your looking for an oval port setup and you won't have clearence issues and you don't even need to relocate the IAC...
