call your CC company.. i called mine about a 26" HDTV LCD that i could get on ebay.. sold for 860 retail 2100 .. anyways i didnt get it but my CC said all you have to do is file some paperwork then they do the fighting for you.

but after the 10 weeks thing... its probably stolen..
