Ok, enough Greek for now.
Demon's right, and basically was reinstating my post. All the stock diffs are weak... Are the pre 98's better; possibly. It's is better to apoint where it's worth persuing - NOT AT ALL!
The pre-98 diff gears are Powder Metal formed gears (like a cookie essentially, and cookies aren't very strong are they?). Post 98 diff gears are billet cut gears (like a wood carving). What happens when you hit a wood carving? It breaks along the grain right - Yep, essentially the same thing that happens to billet gears, the teeth shear off.

My bad it's the other way around Post 98 is PM, and pre 98 is billet cut. Either way; same [censored] different bucket.

If I ever have to pull the tranny again, assuming its not from the diff, I am gonna put a tortion in. So how could they have made the gears so that they would last?

Not sure exactly what you're asking, but the Torsen is a TOTALLY different diff design to the stock open design. That alone is an improvements aside from the materials and heat treatments used in the Quaife and Torsen.
The Quaife and Torsen are Helical Differentials

Same diff, all other gears the same.
You will still need to perform all the same improvements to this transmission that you would any other pre-2000 tranny.
The torsen or quaife will fit fine.
Exactly - the Roush aka Bob Bondurant tranny has one difference ONLY the zetec final drive.
The diff is the same piece of glass as in every other MTX-75.
Gewt a Quaife or Torsen in that before you use it. Period.
They claimed there was more done to them than just the FD. Perhaps it was the harder POS open diff?? I purchased 5 of them, but can't remember
