Ok, so i got the Helicoil tap and inserts but the tap with the 18mm socket on it is too big to fit through the hole.
So i did some research in the Duratec Maintenance forums and found this...
Helicoil link Basically the guy took a 10in extention and had it welded onto the Helicoil tap which gave it enough clearence to get into the plug hole. So i went to CT and asked them if they could do it and said they couldn't because the Helicoil tap is hardened steal and the extention is chrome and therefore it would have to be arc welded. They can only MIG weld at CT.
So, does anyone know a shop that can arc weld in Mississauga? (Around Hurontario and 401)
