Im new here so bare with me! lol! I have a 1999 contour se v6 with a 5 speed and I know the third gear syncro is going out and was just wondering what should I replace when doing this third gear syncro? Since i'm going to be in there anyways. What are the part numbers and where are the best place to get them. I read some other posts on this subject but i'm confused about what works with what year contour. What are the main differences between each year? What do I need to know before getting any parts? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
